Since July 10, 2005, our library is named after the founding partner of SBE — Guy-Christian Collet — a more than deserved tribute to this important spelunker and archaeologist who died on October 29, 2004. In 2011, through a partnership with Votorantim Cements and Biosphere Reserve Mata Atlantica, the library improved the maintenance and cataloging of the collection, which is still a work in progress.
